EverHandover is not yet open to customers. The full privacy notice is being reviewed and will be published here before the first customer plan is stored. This page says what applies today.
This website
- No advertising trackers and no cookies for analytics.
- Where visit statistics are enabled, they are counted with Plausible, which uses no cookies and does not identify you.
- If a page fails, a technical error report is sent to our error-monitoring provider. It is configured to collect as little as possible, and nothing records your session.
The app
- Only the cookies strictly needed to keep you signed in and secure. No analytics or advertising tools.
- Your handover data is not sold.
- Until a person you add has joined, only the label you gave them is stored. They enter their own contact details and give their own consent.
- Documents and sensitive notes are sealed so that EverHandover alone cannot read them. The Security page sets out who can read what.
