Terms of service
EverHandover is not yet open to customers, and no terms of service are in force. The terms are being reviewed and will be published here before anyone can store a plan or pay.
What the terms will say, in outline
These points are settled and shape the product. The published terms, not this summary, will be the contract.
- EverHandover is not a law firm, does not give legal advice, and is not a will. It does not transfer assets or act as an executor.
- You set the release conditions in a disclosure instruction that you sign and can edit at any time.
- EverHandover is responsible for following that procedure. It does not promise that a document or statement submitted to it is genuine.
- A person who reports a death gives a sworn statement and is responsible for it.
- Terms are prepaid for 3, 5 or 10 years and never renew automatically. If the service closes, the unused part of a term is refunded.
